What is College & Career Ministry?
Our purpose is to guide singles (ages 18-40) to wholeheartedly follow Christ, biblically equip them to be passionate disciplers, and send them out into the world to be difference-makers for Christ as they live out and proclaim the gospel. Given the age range, we gather in specific age groups to accomplish these purposes through study and fellowship. Weekly we meet in our Bible study groups: Impact, Kaleo, and Singles Plus (35 years+). On Sundays, Impact, Kaleo, and Kerusso join together for their Sunday school class called Innerchange. Singles Plus (35 years+) are invited to join the One Life lifestage class.

Innerchange
Innerchange is a combined Sunday school class for college and career singles ages 18-34.
Meets: Sundays at 10:45 AM

Impact
A weekly Bible study for college and early career singles. Join us for a time of worship, preaching of the word, fellowship, and discipleship groups.
Meets: Every Thursday, 7-9:00 PM

Our Team
Our Impact ministry is led by Mark Pray and pastor Adam Chiappelone. They lead a team of church members and student leaders who run discipleship groups run discussions for the talks, create fellowship, and provide a place for encouragement, service, and accountability.

Ministry Leaders
Adam Chiappelone
Pastor of College & Career Ministries
Adam has served as the Pastor of College and Singles at NorthCreek Church since 2007 and the Pastor of Local Evangelism since 2012. He is thrilled with the honor of providing leadership in these areas and is thankful for his training from the Master’s Seminary where he received his M. Div. degree. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Shannon and their 3 children. In his spare time, Adam loves to hang out with friends eating lots of good food.
